My game has finish dowloading and is in my desktop but when i try to open it it just wont let me. it has a error of some sort

I cant get it to load. It goes through the first two sequences(firaxis and 2k games), and then stops working. Any ideas? I'm somewhat dense when it comes to computers, so i have no idea.
