First of all, I had no trouble running this on Windows 7.
Secondly, the controls are pretty basic for a game of this type especially if you play this type often. They are standard for almost every game of this style. If you are still having trouble figuring out thre controls, might I suggest looking at a walkthrough online.
Ok now to the game itself. The graphics are a bit stilted and sometimes clumsy, but don't let that get in the way of a great mystery. I had some trouble figuring all aspects of this one out. Don't forget to save often in individual slots. Some parts can get tricky. There is one glitch that can occur in the first day if not found (tiny spoiler alert) - its a photograph. If not found, you would not know it until you couldn't continue on the 4 day. Then you are royally stuck.
