horribly designed game. would be better if it gave hints or a walk through to help to know what your doing

I have a lot of fun with this game, and still play it today. Some people just need to read the manuel, and then the game becomes fun. You need to control gangs, riots, etc. I dont care about the graphics and how fast the game runs. It was still a great expierience for a UPP. The game ran smoothly, and I hope they add something just as good as this game to Ultimate PC Play.
