Prison Tycoon 4: Supermax for PC

Took the time to download and install game, got to a blank white screen that has an option to select video card with my card already choosen as only choice and screen resoloution choice and nothing else. No "ok", no "next" just nothing couldent even close program without task manager.

Very poor game. The concept of the game was a great idea, however there is no direction or tutorial on how to play and the prisoners work once and then you cant get them to go back and work again making it impossible to continue the game. Dont waist youre time.
