The namesake of the franchise is the infinite weapon, Painkiller, which when cleverly used saves a lot of ammo for "conventional" weapons. The game's deceptively simple. Easter eggs you find hidden in destructibles give limited benefit and easter eggs easy to see are almost impossible to get to, but give added bonus. All the Boss fights are puzzles to solve. The sequels have been increasingly disappointing, but I'll probably purchase this in hopes it'll live up to the original.
