nooooooooooo!!!!!! didnt work on my computer it loaded and then it brought up a box asking for graphics customization and control changes and no matter what combantion you put in it loaded up the loading screen and then the music from the main menu ( I assume ) but the loading screen didnt go away .... the game reacted to pushing buttons at random with beeps and sound effects of moveing around the menu. i have tried every thing i could from going deep in the files and proding about to flat out yelling at the comuter ...no dice ...:(

I've heard great things about Stranger's Wrath but it won't go. It tells me a file cannot be read (same thing that happens when you goof and try to open a game through desktop not client, at least for me) so I assume gamefly partitioned the game, (so people can't just rip it off) and there's at least one file that's out of order or not there. or maybe its something bigger. Either way, be patient and I'm sure we'll be bounty hunting in oddworld soon enough. Beat the first three to bridge the gap. It WILL take a minute.

Because unless you have an older PC you can't even run this game I hoped GF could get a patch for it but it was a plea on deff ears

White Screen of Death

Not sure what is up with the white screen wen the game loads. Everthing i look up has issues with ATI cards even though i have an NVidia card and same issue. Great game since i played it on XBOX years before. Gamefly really needs to get their act together and provide needed updates for these free games that you might as well buy to get them to work. If you provide and service that customers pay for you should give them the best, no the worst.

ITS A GREAT GAME I DIDENT HAVE ANY PROBLEM i found out if you open the game fly app that it doesent mess up but it could be the computers so idk

When i saw this game was on unlimited download i almost creamed myself remember playing it on xbox and really liked the game but when i downloaded it i was very dissapointed game would play for about 10-15 minutes then crash just freeze up and not respond at all VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED

Good thing im not paying for this krapy service, the games either dont run or lagg (in a good pc) better just stick to ""buying"" from walmart, it is the easiest place to get games for $0 jeje

All of the reviews about this game relate to users being incapable of running the game and yet Gamefly or the publisher have done nothing to address this issue. What is the point of having a game available for "Unlimited PC Play" if you can't actually play it.

I've spent far too much time trying to get this game to run. I give up and that's too bad because this game is amazing and I would've loved to play it on my rig.

I got the game for free on unlimited PC play and I cant get it past the now loading screen as soon as Now loading screen starts up it Crash's on me so I gave the game 1/10.

Oddworld in Trouble

I played this game on the XBox when it first came out. I know how great it is. That's why I'm so disappointed. None of the Oddworld games, including Stranger's Wrath, work.

I have a modest gaming rig with only an ATI RADEON HD 6450 graphics card that runs Battlefield Bad Company 2 on high settings, and it would not handle this game correctly. If I set the graphics down as low as possible, this game still managed to freeze up around 3 minutes into gameplay or whenever a bunch of enemies were on the screen at once.

Also, it supports PS3 Remote for a gamepad, but I just couldn't get that to work right either.

Great game though, and maybe when I upgrade to another graphics card, it will be nice to my desktop computer.

Thanks again GameFly for such a quality game on Unlimited PC Play.

After re-installing the game, it refuses to launch after clicking "PLAY" on the launcher window. Nothing happens.
Please fix, this game is awesome. :/

i just downloaded the game got super excited to play on my laptop and what happens it freezes on the loading screen!makes me so iritatded but the game gets a ten rating

I have Windows 7 64 bit and it's working okay. The only real issue I had was in the intro video my the video locked up and I had to skip it, but it the game itself worked fine after that.

In general terms the gameplay is quite clunky on the PC. The first person view was my preferred way of playing, but the key layout and how the camera constantly forces itself back into 3rd person just bothered me. Switching weapons was a hassle, and combat was just average, even for when the game actually came out which was 2005.

Graphics are pretty good for when it came out, but some of the textures and text didn't upscale to my resolution (1920x1080) and it looked like a pixelized mess.

For a port, it isn't the best, I wouldn't say it was as bad as the PC GTA ports, but in general one of the least successful ports I have played in a long time.

Seeing that it got high critical acclaim I feel I may have been spoiled by recent action adventure games, I just didn't have any fun playing it. It could have also been because the port just felt half done.

Tried to play this download and uninstalling and reinstalling it and no matter what i do this game does not work... screen goes white... my computer specs are much higher than what is required ... hope you guys fix these kind of problems as this was the reason I cancled the first two times I had GF... that and the mailing issues I had... come on guys youve been doing this for some time you should have fixed the bugs by now.
