Pretty Decent Game.

Most Wanted is a hard game to live up to and this game does pretty well.
I've heard numerous complaints about this games controls and how lumpy they are but that must be a console exclusive. I use my PS3 controller and Motionjoy emulator and the controls are nice and crisp.
The graphics are phenomenal and don't disappoint. However I find myself getting upset over the loss of the little things I love. Why can't I choose my car color instead of it being random when I pass through a station? Why can I no longer put decals or spoilers. It isn't that big of a deal but it still annoys me.
I enjoy the free roaming around the city. I've tried to get out of the car a couple times thinking I was playing GTA4. Instead of grinding for your car you find all the cars, except the most wanted 10 cars, lying around the city waiting for you with the keys in the ignition. While driving a Lamborghini right right off the bat is a fun idea it takes away the fun of having to grind and work for your most desired cars. I do like that all cars are basically even in total stats. A Mustang isn't as fast as a Ford GT but it handles off road ten times better and is much more efficient at ramming other cars off the road, and blasting through police blockades.
Each car you find has its own set of five races or so and doing them will unlock upgrades for that car. You can use any car you want when racing a most wanted 10 though.
Overall the game is fun, the music is good and the graphics are fantastic. I just would have liked to have seen the return of the little things we love and the feeling you get when you earn that Corvette instead of jacking it.
But seriously? I can go without the decals but at least let choose my own car color.
