i cant get my l a noire to work ... i got it yesterday and had donwloaded and removerd it three times already... the patch they give u online dont work... and it took 3 h just to install it ... if any 1 can help me please do

Perfect

Game works great windows 8

I have windows 8 and this game runs perfectly fine, instead of using the gamefly client to install the download after it was finished I just went into gamefly's folder and manually installed it in compatibility mode and it works flawlessly. Just like the game fallout 3 wasn't suppose to work at all I got it to work perfectly the only problem I got was when I alt tabbed out of the game I couldn't get it to come back up so I had to close out of it but that's it.

Don't forget just because you meet the minimum requirements of a game does not mean you will get playable frame rates It just means that's the minimum to get the game to actually run. If you want the game to run smoothly then you better get a computer that surpasses the minimum requirements. ie intel i5 and up amd fx 4100 and a graphics card that has at least 1gb of vram like the new gtx 600 series and radeons hd 7000 series. (the gtx 650 and hd 7750 are budget cards and hence the performance on them are substandard and will not play modern games)

for those having problems... did you check the requirements before purchasing? (eg: windows 8 is NOT listed...) It took a few minutes to download because it's a large game, but installation was fairly quick and the game works great!

Horrible

Won't download

Five attempts, GameFly Client freezes every time. I tried all the tech support suggestions, but the game just won't download. I have a brand new Dell laptop with Windows 8. No problems downloading games from other sites. The GameFly Client freezes after 94% downloaded and won't continue. I'm totally frustrated.

Buggy game but good game

I was having problems with the game hanging at the L.A. Noire neon sign screen when the game was loading. I finally got it to work by manually downloading the newest patch for the game. Just go to Rockstar's website to get it.

I hate giving a low rating to a game that probably is fun, but when the list of people who can't get it to work is this large, something needs to be done. I currently have very little extra cash to spend on a game that obviously has a major flaw. If it was just me or my computer that had a problem I could chalk it up, but MANY others are having the same problem. So they should fix it, or find another way to reimburse people for a game that just doesn't work for a large number of their customers.

I'm about to give up on Game Fly. They most likely won't post this but I"m going to speak my mind anyways. It seems like every game I buy on sale they don't work and I get no support from game fly. I never had this issue when I was with Direct2Drive, stop stealing our money! It's not my PC because I play tons of games on it and have a very good system. Stop selling bunk games. I bought mafia II on sale and it didn't work. I complained enough and got a refund for 7.49 in game coupons. I waited for another game I was interested in to go on sale and it was LA. Noire . I bought it and it doesn't work either! and now game fly won't help. looks like they got my money after all how convenient.

Im having a ton of trouble installing the game, it keeps saying that there is a corrupt file, I've played the game before and would really like to play the full version. Has anyone figured out a solution to the problem? If so please message me or something.
