GRID for PC Reviews by Gamers

I purchased this game today at 5:30pm and began download. I'm now on my second re-install of this game which takes about an hour or more to install then when you try to launch game an error comes up saying that a DLL file is not found and reinstalling game may fix this problem. Its now 10pm second install is still going on. I have never seen a game take so long to install ever in all the games I ever played. Will try this last time then if not work will request a full refund or file a nice complaint. Well, its finally working. Heres the solution: Go to the game developer site here Codemasters and click on dowlloads and support tab: codemasters.com/us/grid/360/#/us/grid/pc/faq/74/and follow instructions on one of the fixes listed on the screen. This is the one I followed for my DLL error: The game does not launch. Ater clicking on the icon, nothing happens - the Grid logo is not displayed.
We recommend altering the properties of the GRID application shortcut and adding the argument –novirtual to the end of the “Target:” box. For example: "C:\Program Files\Codemasters\GRID\GRID.exe" -novirtual This fixes an issue with certain Antivirus software and users running on XP64.
Oh and you will need a steering wheel & pedal controller to play this game comfortablely or u can use keyboard but very difficult and you cant change settings on keyboard mode for this game. Game is pretty good and I think its worth buying. Hopefully Gamefly will post this so other people can fix any issues they may run into much sooner than having to research like I did.
