I'd give it a 3 but those 9's need to be balanced out. Or it was your first real rpg? In which case you can be forgiven the fall out series was a nice surprise to me I've come not to expect quality rpg's on the xbox or at best rarely. But this is a case of a title to far the developer was changed and after 20 min of pondering why the story line was so bad I came to the conclusion that this is a group newbie developers playing around in the map creator from the previous fallout....u know little things like the identical graphics, combat system, and world design give it away. AND no I didn't stop playing >.< tho I probably should have lol.
Now I'm not bashing the fallout series overall I'll say what anyone who knows it will it's a great change from the tolken style rpgs which still dominate and the Japanese pretty boys you have to brain wash your self not to strangle. Both of which I love to death lol.
Long rant short don't waste you time with this the graphics aren't better the story line is a bad joke and the game play differs little I suggest the earlyier fallouts. BUT WORST OF ALL it's just insulting to someone who does like the fallout series you decide to move on and stop making them fine it's good to know when to stop halo anyone? But don't sell out and make a cheap nock off sell it to your fans and rip them off I wondered why when it was new for the xbox it was 20 bucks LOL now it's 50? Insulting.

The summery is it's a cheap nock off made by dif developers and was 20 bucks when it first came out don't waste your time or money.
