I am a very big Fear fan. I love the game but a few things made the game differ far from the original two. One its more Call of Duty styled which for Fear is not a good idea to do. The scary elements were dulled extremely low. It did not even give me chills. I felt the need to kill in the game, not to fear my life a bit which makes the gaming expeirence creepier. And the story line was too short of a story line. This games gameplay was half of the other two. It was a great game! I'm just saying they needed more to it. Though Fetal always with you did give a new sense which made it ok but not great.

I think peoples biggest complaint with this game is the graphics quality. I personally had no problem with them. Yes they are a little lower quality than I would have liked, but the action makes up for it. This is a great shooter, with some really creepy moments. It's a challenge without being ridiculous. There weren't any parts that I absolutely couldn't get through, but several I had to try multiple times. One aspect of this game I really enjoyed was the different ways you could go about clearing a level. There always seem to be different choices in weapons available, and no one way is correct. I picked it up for $5.00 on Gamefly, which was a steal. Even at the full $19.99 I would not feel ripped off at all.
