This game is totally and completely misleading. This has NOTHING to do with treating patients or any 'life or death' situations at all. The game sets up as your character goes down to check on an unresponsive man who is having seizures. Your duty? Look for and find 10 or so RANDOM objects that are hidden in the picture, such as lizards, microphones, shovels, birds, and anything else that just happens to be there. The only halfway medical work in that level is you have to open your medical bag, click the stethoscope and click the patient chest. Then click the reflex hammer and click the patient knee. That's it.
There is no medical work in this game at all. It's all just 'find the hidden items' and most are so blatantly obvious that it's pointless to even download. Do yourself a favor and don't waste the time with this horrible, stinking pile they're offering. I got it for free from the unlimited play and I STILL feel ripped off.
