This is not an RTS but rather a thought based political simulator. Your goal is to balance your political agenda against the electorate while avoiding or solving social and economic issues. Cave in to the enviromentalists too much and the capitalists leave your country. Go too liberal and the conservatives have fits. And so on. If things get bad enough certain groups may try to assassinate you!

Overall the game does a good job of making you work for each vote. It is complex enough that you are not always assured victory if you go too far in your policy decisions but it is also not so hard that the average person would not understand the games mechanics.
