Dead Space 2 for PC Reviews by Gamers

So it's been a while since I've sat down and played a game through so I made the determinatiomn that since I have some time to dedicate I would do it for the Dead Space series (also it was on sale for the PC)

Graphics: As far as graphics goes it was excellent, the menacing look of the enemies was spot on, and the omnious feeling you get walking around the dark coridors definitely gets you in the mood for the "fear factor" of the game. One suggestion I reccomend to all keep the brightness down!

Gameplay: Like most games it was fairly repettive in my taste, but it wasn't as bad as other games I've played. Each sequence did feel like I just did that before, just with slight changes in the mission. Also the parts where the game was legitimately trying to scare you felt a little to predictable to my taste, but that didn't eliminate the fear I felt while playing... it was legitimately scary game

Cut Schenes: Way to predictable... it was almost at the begining you cuold determine the way this story was going to end. But the mystery behind the whole game about what had happened and what exactly these creatures are definitely made up for it.

Weapon: all and all the weapons are all out fun to play. I haven't had the opportunity to use them all but the ones I did felt great. Aiming was a bit difficult kinda reminded me of Resident Evil which adds to the challange, but if your use to other FPS like CoD, Halo, ETC. or TPS like GoW, AoT ETC, it definitly will be an adustment for youi.

Controls: Now I played I used a wired Xbox 360 controller and I loved that it was preprogrammed, and the controls flowed flawlessly making it simple to use and flow with, so if you are a controler junky grab a wired controller and have a blast!!

Overall: This game is excellent, I would recommend it to play and I'm positive you will get hooked, and enjoy it! Definitely a must buy not just a rental!
