This game was not at all what I was expecting, in fact, it wasnt what any fan of the C&C franchise was expecting. Rather than stay true to the story, keeping the main plot going, and giving us a great ending to an amazing franchise, EA once again screws everything up. First, while this is a sci-fi RTS, the weapons used by both sides were still within reasonability, and even with the introduction of the alien Scrin, they managed to not break suspension of disbelief. But in this installment, not only do the weapons and vehicles not make anysense at all, you dont even get to play with all of the ones available. You have to chose your scv, which also happens to be your most powerful unit (so why bother having an army at all when you can fly/drive around in your monolithic super ship. The Acting was done as well as can be expected considering there was absolutely no resolution of plot, no laying to rest the many questions all of us had, just a poorly written script on the caliber of Ed Wood. The graphics were not even updated to match any of the new hardware or software out at the time. Really what this should be called is Command and Conquer 4: How Electronics Arts screws up another great game and takes your money.

Never Again will I pre-pay for a game.

EA Destroyed the C&C franchise with the release of this abortion. Complete garbage game play and no rhyme or reason behind the changes. Never again will I get suckered into pre-paying for a game. This one sucks - and I have played C&C from 1.0 on multiple platforms. No wonder sales tanked.

I prepaid for this one... bought it.. thinking.. another C&C game great!!!! The reality of it is that it is NOTHING like the other 10 games of this series. Very short Single player campaign, and well... I just didn't like it at all. So much is wrong with it... I can't tell you every thing.

Very Good

Something new, and exciting!

Nobody was excpecting anything like Tiberium Twilight if they were C&C fans. The whole aspect of a moving base is quite unheard of, and quite lucrative at the thought but in the whole scheme of things, this adds a whole new exciting purge to the game! Making players think on their feet and quickly change tactics in a moments notice to their succes or folly, allowing for monumental occasions in the game where everything went as planned and the whole tide of the battle was changed in a moments notice. such moments that are not scripted are hard to come by. But the graphics and story plot were well put together and exececuted carfully. Though the units powers and abilities somewhat lacked, for the big units were just as they were, big strong and hard to take down. which made it difficult to play for any players of starcraft (which there are many) to collide with. The diversity in the game was not as great as it could have been but non the less. It is a very well colloge of factions with many amazing attributes inside, and personally I think that C&C Twilight is worth the time and effort put into the game when you get the hang of it.
