This game was not at all what I was expecting, in fact, it wasnt what any fan of the C&C franchise was expecting. Rather than stay true to the story, keeping the main plot going, and giving us a great ending to an amazing franchise, EA once again screws everything up. First, while this is a sci-fi RTS, the weapons used by both sides were still within reasonability, and even with the introduction of the alien Scrin, they managed to not break suspension of disbelief. But in this installment, not only do the weapons and vehicles not make anysense at all, you dont even get to play with all of the ones available. You have to chose your scv, which also happens to be your most powerful unit (so why bother having an army at all when you can fly/drive around in your monolithic super ship. The Acting was done as well as can be expected considering there was absolutely no resolution of plot, no laying to rest the many questions all of us had, just a poorly written script on the caliber of Ed Wood. The graphics were not even updated to match any of the new hardware or software out at the time. Really what this should be called is Command and Conquer 4: How Electronics Arts screws up another great game and takes your money.
