Browse to your C:Documents and SettingsApplication DataGearbox SoftwareBrothers In Arms folder

You may need to enable "view hidden files/folders" under tools in Explorer.

Open Bia.ini in notepad

Search for
Consolekey=0

change to
Consolekey=192

search for
bEnableDebugConsoleAndMenu=False

change to
bEnableDebugConsoleAndMenu=True

save and exit

load game using that profile

now you will have a console if you press the tilde key ~
