Borderlands was a game that Purely got my attention when i heard of its Diablo style loot, Meaning Every NPC kill would net me a chance of New gear. This Style its what made me a hardcore Diablo 2 fan, Mix that with a Fps / Rpg feel and Man what a Great game it was.
Now Borderlands 2 Has come, Improved on almost everyway, With a better story, more loot, better Talents, Loot, new classes, Loot, more character cuztomization and More loot.
One of the Only problems i met was the Shared loot, This was a Common problem on diablo 2 some people hog all the loot, but thats where playing with friends shines, making it a bit more tactical, sharing loot and making sure each class gets its proper weapon, This game was meant to be played with friends or at least Co-op with randoms.
Replay Value is High for this is a game that you will play until you get BiS (Best in Slot) Gear, and not to mention Leveling all classes and like the first 1, Decent to Great Dlc content.
The PC version Got some love this time around adding the standard PC features (Physx) and Finally Having Steamplay, something the first didnt have and had to Make a Silly Gamespy account.
Overall this Game is a true Sequel, Taking everything that made the first Great and memorable and Just adding what It lacked before and Perfectioning its good things.
