Ive only played the demo and im completely speachless! I suffered from a heart attack, motion sickness, and loss of sanity all in one sitting. if you want true horror, well here you go!
Im definately buying the full version.

For a game that gives you no weapons with which to fight off the baddies except a lantern (among other things of that nature), it's amazing great! The suspense and the horror this game contains are a refreshing gust of creative ingenuity. The sounds are spectacular to boot. You'll hear whispers behind you, a door creak open in the next room, and suddenly... BOOM! It's a great horror game. Make sure you turn off all the lights, and turn up your surround sound. This game is a spooky trip that will make your hair stand on end.

You can't get any other scary computer survival horror then this game. It has crzy looking monsters that make you really wan to scream and run. And running is needed to escape the monsters or hide somewhere. I t was the creators of the Penumbra series. Those were the good computer games.

This game is hardcore, chilling, and gave me nightmares for3 days strait. The graphics are amazing and I love the phisical interactions with the environment. The only thing is that it needs more jump scares but that is what the custom story's are for. If you want a scary game get this game! Hope you liked my review!

Truly a Survival Horror game.

An amazing game for those looking for a scare that doesn't involve a 1/2 second window in which something pops out, you kill it and move on. The game has amazing atmospheric build-up and has you terrified long before anything actually attacks you. By forcing you to hide from your enemies rather than gunning them down the game provides a truly memorable psychological survival horror experience. Definitely worth playing.

I love a good video game, and love a good horror video game even more. and to me 'Amnesia" delivers on both counts. Visually striking and excellent sound blend with a very smooth gameplay experience, and more then once I found myself to be actually nervous at the sound of the 'monsters' as they approached. I have almost always been a console Gamer, but switching over to the controls for this game was far easier of an acclimation then I thought it would be. So Kudos to the good folks at Frictional games whom took the time and trouble to make this wonderful game! Thank you ever so much

A Great Surprise! Great Game!

I was really blown away by this game. I read the reviews that said it was really scary and I thought "yeah, right" but I thought it sounded cool so I bought it anyway. This game does a great job of creating a creepy atmosphere; about 2 minutes in I got a chill all over my body, and this game was able to keep me creeped-out for most of it's length. This is really not an action/adventure game, it's more of a creepy puzzle game with scenes of torture and blood and some naked dead guys. I had no problems running it, the installation was clean and bug free, and the setup and options are simple and minimal and that's just fine. Excellent game.

This is by far the scariest game out there. I don't think I have been more scared in my entire life. With that being said, the game sucks you in. Almost impossible to stop playing.
