The game can now monitor floor-based exercises like push-ups. And you'll get a better, more accurate body scan, allowing you to see just how good you're looking before you share the news on Facebook.

Seems like a kinect based fitness game would be a great workout tool but sadly the execution isnt quite there yet. My biggest complaint with all these fitness games is they move too slowly.
