First I would like to say some people are crazy. They said it was bad.
this is the third best game ever. First is batman arkham asylum second is brink. the graphics are okay if your under 30. this game is y i rush to get home from school.
I'm a senior gamer so don't get too hung up on many aspects .
I also do my best to finish each game I rent. This one was not as bad as some of the reviews as it did provide some challenges and ability to upgrade fighting capabilities.
Where it really fell apart was the Defense of Aasgard.
The developers showed no consideration for accuracy of the controls, and the Aasgard health meter made no sense as it appeared to randomly deplete no matter how quickly or effectively you finished the level.
Arrived at the next to last boss with full health left on Thor, several abilities fully upgraded ,but 1/4 on the unpredictable Aasgard meter.
Control response was terrible, aasgard meter wildly variable.
Developers expected perfection on moves without the proper control response.
Resulted in me shipping it back as better games are in the Q and I'm not going to waste time with something this broken.
Hope this at least warns others that you may feel you have come close to the end, but find yourself frustrated that you can't get there.
Have seen similar comments on other game boards from others who are probably a lot more skilled than I am.
came out bored. I tryed to like this game but it wasn't very fun it was bland and boring I got bored after chapter 2 the story wasn't at all intriguing and I just couldn't get into it. I forced myself to finish chapter 2 but I kept dieing so I just gave up even though I didn't play it well it didn't seem much fun. button mash enemies rinse repeat. use a lil strategy and that was about all I did.
