It's okay.
Graphics aren't bad. Story is TERRIBLE. It's nice that the game is a sequel/bridge to the movie, so it's not just rehashing someone we've seen in theaters, but it's just not good. The story is just plain terrible.
As a sandbox game, it's very weak compared to just about any other sandbox game on the market.
Side missions aren't terrible, but they're not original, short, pointless.
Oh... collectables... costumes? Yeah, those are okay. Comics? SEVEN-HUNDRED. 700 pages of comics laid throughout the map. Seriously!?
The controls take a while to get used to to, but never feel good.
Also, Spider-man can jump 5 stories. Just straight up, vertical leap. 5 stories. Crazy.
The enemies are lame. Boss battles are terrible. Bosses are terrible. And... yeah. It's just no good.
It's not too difficult, even on the hardest setting, but isn't particularly fun and bit frustrating.
Wait until next year. Hopefully there will be something good.
