Sonic Generations for PlayStation 3 Reviews by Gamers

Awesome Game! If you're familiar with sonic and liked it from back in the day you will enjoy this game. With a different pace of gameplay than the original sonic games from the past, this title throws in a version of sonic from a previous game called "Sonic Unleashed" in which you switched from sonic to a slower but more powerful werewolf version of sonic. However in this title, "Sonic Generations", you switch between two sonic versions, the one from the past and the new version of sonic. Players who have played the older sonic games from the 90's will be really familiar with the classic sonic levels of the game where as the present sonic version provides a challenge to those who are not accustomed to playing his style, but still provides for a lot of fun. The present version of sonic actually has a boost feature in which he moves so fast the background in the game literally at some points becomes a blur and really tests your hand and eye coordination as well as reflexes. WITH THAT LEVEL OF SPEED IT GIVES YOU A REAL FEEL OF WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE SONIC! THIS IS HOW A REAL SONIC GAME SHOULD BE!
