Disk didn't work.

I just got this a couple days ago, put it in my xbox, which has never had an issue playing disks, immediately said that disk could not be read.
I'm sending this back to Gamefly.
Hopefully they won't send me anymore scratched and messed up disks. I will cancel my service if it happens again.
