I grew up with this game series and it has always impressed me. The series is very fun, storyline is amazing, as well as graphics. Ratchet and Clank will never get old to me, I will proudly buy all their games and keep them for children I may have in the future. It's not one of those games that get old and become boring, it's going to be a classic for sure.
I am huge fan of the entire Ratchet & Clank series - every single installment in the chain has been an utter jewel. Each game an absolute joy to both play and watch - outstanding story lines, amazing characters, fittingly quirky music and stunningly beautiful graphics in every single piece in the Ratchet & Clank saga.
That said, All 4 One is the best R&C game since it jumped to the PS3 by leaps and bounds, and I really am not exaggerating. I had some criticisms of the last 2 1/2 games in the series (Tools of Destruction, Quest for Booty, and A (edit) in Time) - namely, they just weren't as "Ratchet & Clank-y" as the previous games. They didn't suck, not by a long shot, but they just didn't have the same feel and spirit as the previous PS2 and PSP titles in the series. This game solved all of that and also took the game in a new direction without making me feel like they were "changing my favorite game on me".
The inability to control the camera took some getting used to, but because it is obviously necessary in order to have a good multi-character experience, it did not take long or even seem to take anything away from the experience. All in all, this is the best R&C game since "Going Commando". I was expecting to be disappointed here (especially after playing "PS Move Heroes"), but it feels like Ratchet & Clank, sounds like Ratchet & Clank, plays like Ratchet & Clank, and entertains like Ratchet & Clank. Oh - and it has TONS of replay value!
