You know those cheesy Wii commercials...

with the entire family laughing and playing the Wii? This game will do that.

This is what the Nintendo Wii needed. A really, really good multi-player Mario game that isn't a sports rip off, or another board game rehash.

This game is genuinely fun, - I destroyed this game within the first 2 days so don't expect the levels to hold you out that long if you are a Mario fan, but honestly, the gem of this game is simply playing the levels with other (usually less skilled) players. I brought this to my parent's house on Thanksgiving and it was what we did for 2 days straight from 7 years old to 50. So seriously, give it at the very least a GameFly whirl; I bought it the day it came out.

It's not every day that you get to play the perfect next-gen mix of Super Mario World and Super Mario Brothers 3.

The only thing this game is lacking is a formidable difficulty (it's relatively easy once you get the game play down) and it needs more Yoshi levels, but seriously, if you're a social gamer in any way, buy this game and get some Wii Motes, if it's just you, rent it beat it, and never forget how mario-awesome it was. :P

I gave it a ten because I have not had more fun with any other Wii-game before.

The only reason I put this game into my game q is because of the return of the koopalings (Iggy, Morton, Lemmy, Ludwig, Roy, Wendy, & Larry Koopa.) This game is down right hard, the enemies are tough, jumpng is such a pain, & it all leads into one bad game.

You'll Love:
The return of the Koopalings

You'll Hate:
Crude controlls
Annoying enemies
Toads? Please!

Cute Update from the DS version...But

Cute Update from the DS version, but the Big N still does not get multi-player right.

How come the mutiple play is limited to Mario, Luige, and two under mushroom guys? Come on ....I should be able to pick at least two or three other for the N 20 something year line up.

While the kids did enjoy the rent, it went back after a couple of days.
