Unlock All Characters Through Missions

Remember that you must finish the Story Mode on Difficulty 2 or higher before attempting to unlock characters through missions. Just change the game settings to Difficulty 2 and it affects all modes. Credit goes to _Nate_Rivers_.

• 15% mission completion for Orochimaru.
  Anko
• 30% combined mission completion for Ino, Shikamaru, and Choji.
  Asuma
• 30% combined mission completion for Gara, Temari, and Kankuro.
  Baki
• 20% mission completion for Kabuto.
  Bando
• 30% combined mission completion for Kakashi, Asuma, and Kurenai.
  Itachi
• Unlock all characters except for UNT Naruto, SS Sasuke, A Hinata, Bando, and Kagura.

You can unlock a characers voice by completing: The first rival match Both of the 2 vs 2 matches and The 1 vs 3 match
