Man, what a ride! Solid Storyline and everything you'd expect from a Rockstar game. Real in depth story and unpredictable completely. Most Rockstar games have mediocre graphics, but in this one they've put a great deal of detail into them. Took maybe about 8-10 hours for me to beat this so not as bad as a Call of Duty 4 hour campaign. Only thing I can complain about is that controls can be pretty clunky at times and how many shots it takes to kill some brazillian baddies. Overall this game deserves a 9
The campaign was outstanding, and though few complained of extra long cutscenes and sappy one-liners made by the protagonist Max, I found no problem with either, and actually found these to be much needed breaks from the action of the game and stress from the lack of pain pills (used as health packs) and how easy it is to die, even on easy.
The multiplayer was nothing short of disappointing. Weird camera angles and under-powered weapons made it some-what hard to enjoy, though i must say the developers did a great job of incorporating "bullet time" (slow-motion, plus you can dive, which is pretty cool) from the campaign, into the multiplayer.
Nonetheless, a fantastic game to rent for the campaign, but do not expect anything from the multiplayer. I would advise against buying this game, for I doubt the campaign would be replayed.
