When I first started playing the Lego series with Indiana Jones, I started wishing there was a Pirates version.
Here it is! All the characters you love from the movies (even the dog with the keys), Jack's unsteady stride, and a fairly faithful adaptation of the action in the movies.
And the special characters' talents make sense. Undead characters can do things other characters can't, Davy Jones' crew can enter areas off limits to others.
Why isn't this game a 10? It plays through much too fast. I only played it for a few days and went through all the levels.
I'm still playing Indiana Jones and Batman. This one rates about on a par with Lego Harry Potter. A very good, fun game but not as enjoyable for long-term play.
