Awesome game with a few glaring flaws

This game is a lot of fun. Big, play area. Many hours of game play and exploration. Kind of a Mercenaries 2 ripoff, but a lot more fun, I think.
As for the flaws, well, there arent many, but the few that it has, are really annoying. First of all, the game save system just plain sucks, and is totally worthless. You play for a while and save your game. Then you get killed, and when you reload your game, you are nowhere near where you died. You start off back at some previous location and have to work your way back to where you were. Totally frustrating, and there is just no excuse for it. If you are going to allow someone to save the game at a specific point, then start it back right at that point when a load is done. No reason for it. One of the most frustrating things about this whole game, and it takes it from a solid number 9 game, to a number 7 game, in my opinion.
Another thing that happens quite a bit, is that you leave a vehicle someplace, then when you return for it, it's gone. That sucks as well, because those attack choppers are not that easy to come by.
Finally, buying things from the black market is annoying. You have to call them in. Then you have to sit through the same short clip every time. Then, when you buy one thing, the whole buying sequence ends, and you have to do it all over again if you want to buy something else. Totally bogus. Another thing about buying things, is that the prices just dont seem to be right. It costs you $45k for a sniper rifle, and $25k for a pistol, but you can buy a personal jet or helicopter for $30k. The prices of the weaponry just seem way too out of line for the rest of the items. Oh, and one final note about the weaponry. Most of them are pretty cool for standard military stuff, but there are no really neat weapons or gadgets. This game really needs a jet pack, and a couple of energy weapons to spice things up a bit!
Other than those few flaws, a really cool game. You can blow up a lot of things, and go anywhere.
