Like it says in other reviews, it is very short. Depending on how determined a player you are (if you try to collect all the "power ups", if you stop to look at the view, etc.) it can take you anywhere from an hour to maybe three hours. Took me about two hours, and that was helping a buddy and searching for those power ups. I didn't really play much of the other games, so I don't have much to say on that.
-Actually has six games on the disc
-Visually stunning game
-Play Journey with a new friend or alone, the choice is yours.
-If you really enjoyed the game, the disc has a bounty of behind the scenes content and a developer's commentary for the three major games.
-Don't expect a saga or a very clear story. If you don't like playing games simply for the experience, you won't like it.
-Very short gameplay time (Journey)
-Not action oriented.
All in all, I thought it was a great game, but I am really glad I only rented it instead of buying it. Not really sure it was Game of the Year material, but still a memorable experience.
It's so different to games i'm used to playing but I heard it was something to experience so i gave it a try. This is definately a keep and a great side step to traditional game play. It's great to get to focus on playing the game rather than focusing on a goal. I also love the random encounters with other players and from what i've experienced someone is willing to help a newer player. Or you can run through and play through alone. It's an added benefit to stop on top of a sand dune and look around at the visuals. Excellent!
