Hellboy: Science of Evil for PSP Reviews by Gamers

I don't quite understand why this game has gotten such bad reviews. This was very enjoyable game for the PSP.

I really liked the fighting and the levels. The boss battles were excellent! It was very easy to maneuver and I never got lost. The puzzles were pretty simple once I understood what to do.

The game overall was fairly easy and could have stood to be a little more challenging. I think I finished it in about 5 hours. The only thing I didn't care for was the upgrades and some of the items you picked up. The game would tell you how to do special moves, but the controls wouldn't allow you to do them. Then you also pick up new magical items but aren't required to use but a couple of them.

I would recommend this game as a rental if you like beat'em up games. The game, to me, felt a little like God of War Chains of Olympus except the controls weren't as good. I would have been disappointed if this had been a XBOX360 or PS3 game, but I thought it was just about right for the PSP.

Who doesn't love Hellboy? i mean come on hes big, red and has a giant demon fist thing. . .
Anyway this game despite the creators having huge sums of money really BLOWS like badly.

the first few minutes the game was good but the horrible graphics and cheesy lines and story really turned me off I finished the game just barely and still hated it. I love Hellboy but just not this game

DO NOT RENT unless u want to bleed from the eyes!
