This game has a diner dash type feel to it. You play levels against time and you must accomplish specific tasks. Each level brings different challenges. Either increase rental income or increase cash on hand are the main type of challenge. Other challenges include owning types of houses or buildings, owning a number of houses, or owning upgraded houses.

Overall, this is a great game to play to kill time. You will get so wrapped up in beating the clock that time will fly by. It is also great if you don't have large chunks of time to play games.

This game was fairly boring at first, but became very addictive. In the end, I couldn't put it down (either because of the addiction, or the fact that I couldn't pass the level!!!). Eventually I returned it, but would consider buying it since I love the game on the computer and the DS version allows me to take it anywhere.
