Best AC game

I've played all the previous AC games and this one is the best one. Its not much of a stretch from being more innovative as far as gameplay but it has all the highlights of the other installments. If you havent played any other AC games then I suggest playing AC2 and/or Brotherhood in case you dont want to be confused with the story. I personally had to do some recap through wikipedia to remember what happened before this one. Whats really cool is that they included AC1 to the disc, so you can run through that one to understand the story a little more.
If you have played all the previous installments then you will probably be more like me and see that this game is exactly the same as the others except for a few minor changes in gameplay and graphics. The faces have become more detailed and so has the scenery. The hookblade and customizable bombs are a cool addition as well.
The thing with AC is that the core game has never changed. If that's a good thing or bad thing,not sure.Ifound myself getting bored with all the side missions and running through it just for the story to unfold.So I say it totally is the best AC game to date and I'm sure the next one will be better. Maybe the next one they will add 2 hook blades!
